SAP introduced Friday that it has reached an settlement to amass recruiting software program firm SmartRecruiters.

In a press release, the European software program large mentioned that SmartRecruiters “highly effective, user-friendly interfaces and seamless workflows” will complement SAP’s present HR instruments.

Muhammad Alam, the SAP government board member who leads product and engineering, mentioned in an announcement that with this acquisition, “Clients will have the ability to handle the complete candidate lifecycle — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and past — all in a single system to streamline the expertise for recruiters, hiring managers and, specifically, candidates.”

The phrases of the acquisition weren’t disclosed. The deal is predicted to shut within the fourth quarter of this 12 months.

SmartRecruiters’ final introduced spherical of funding was a $110 million Series E in 2021, which valued the corporate at $1.5 billion.
