Palo Alto Networks agrees to buy CyberArk for $25 billion

Cybersecurity big Palo Alto Networks introduced on Wednesday its intent to accumulate identification administration and safety firm CyberArk for $25 billion. The deal, a mixture of money and inventory, marks Palo Alto’s entrance into the identification safety area, in accordance with an organization press launch.

Palo Alto has been on a buying spree since Nikesh Arora took over as CEO and chairman of the corporate in 2018, according to the Financial Times, which estimated the corporate has spent greater than $7 billion on acquisitions since Arora began. The corporate’s acquisition of CyberArk is the most important to this point.
